Kahraman olive oil is produced from high quality olives grown in Hatay/Altınözü region. This region has best climate and weather condition for the taste, flavor and aroma of olive fruits.

                                               

   

The soil and the type of olive tree as well as harvest period and the way olive harvested are very important in order to obtain high quality olive oil. In our company, the olives are harvested by hand, and handled very gently.

Later, collected olives are rushed to fully automated machines as soon as possible for pressing. They are also filtered with high technology filtration system to obtain clear and pure olive oil.

 

   

                                             

Our company has capacity of 80000 kg/day for olive oil processing and capacity of 80000 lt/day for botteling. Kahraman Olive Oil company produces olive oil according to ISO 9000 requirments since it was awarded ISO 9000 certification in 2002 as a proof of high quality.

 

The quality of olive oil is always monitored and controlled in every stage from harvesting, botteling, packaging to shipping to customers.
